Industry's Choice Scholarship Program
This program is designed to help meet the need for future technicians. By making education more affordable, the Industry's Choice scholarship will help eligible, enrolled students who meet the criteria to become part of the transportation industry.

Students must:

  • Be enrolled to begin training at any UTI/MMI/NASCAR Technical Institute campus
  • Reflect financial need based on information provided by a completed FAFSA
  • Submit the application to the Scholarship Department by the deadline for EACH START DATE

Amount: $1,000 - $5,000

NASCAR Performance Technician of Tomorrow Tuition Scholarship
NASCAR is looking for the perfect blend of technical skills and attitude, just like every employer of NASCAR Technical Institute's graduates. This program seeks to assist students with financial need who are looking for great career training with NASCAR Technical Institute, and who truly understand and exhibit the traits of a great team member.

Students must:

  • Be enrolled to begin training at the NASCAR Technical Institute campus
  • Reflect financial need based on information provided by a completed FAFSA
  • Submit the application to the Scholarship Department by the deadline for EACH START DATE

Amount: $2,500

NASCAR Performance Diversity Initiative Scholarship Program
NASCAR is sponsoring a scholarship program for incoming students exclusively at the NASCAR Technical Institute campus. Students who feel they can create positive change in the racing industry through advancement of diversity initiatives are encouraged to apply.

Students must:

  • Be enrolled to begin training at the NASCAR Technical Institute campus
  • Reflect financial need based on information provided by a completed FAFSA
  • Clearly express how he/she will contribute to the furthering of diversity and how this will benefit racing
  • Submit the application to the Scholarship Department by the deadline for EACH START DATE

2020 HONORSGRADU Multimedia Scholarship
Are you creative?  If so, here is the scholarship for you.  You can submit your application in art, creative writing, music, photography and videography.  The first four categories are for high school seniors only, and videography is for college students.  You will need to pick a medium and read about its requirements on the website.

Eligibility:

  • You must be a graduating senior that will attend college or university
  • All US students are eligible
  • High school seniors can apply in any or all of the 4 high school categories but there will only be one scholarship awarded per person
  • Your project must be original and creative!  NO PLAGIARISM WILL BE TOLERATED.

B. Davis Scholarship
This scholarship is available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any post-secondary institution. There is no age restriction. Be sure to include your name and the school you are attending this year and next. This is not an academic scholarship but we would like to know where you are going to school now and what your future academic plans are.

Application procedure:

  • To apply for this scholarship you will need to write an essay of less than 1000 words on the topic listed: Describe the three characteristics of leadership you value most.  Discuss why you believe that these traits are so important and how you feel that they are developed in an individual.  Your submissions must be sent to us by email at awards@studentawardsearch.com.

LM (Leavitt Machinery) Scholarship Program
Student eligibility:

  • Must be currently enrolled or expect to be enrolled in a degree program by September 2020
  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher 
  • Be a U.S. resident or Canadian resident and attend school in the U.S. or Canada
  • Submit essay on the following topic:  Write about a situation you have been involved in or about someone you know who has been involved in where better safety procedures would have prevented an injury.  Explain, in detail, what safety procedures you believe should have been in place to prevent the injury and how they would have prevented the injury.

Amount: $500
