Parent Volunteers - K-12

Venture is very grateful for the amazing volunteer work done by its parents. So many wonderful things that are done here could not be accomplished without their service. Much of this is arranged on an "as needed" basis between teachers/administration and parents. Much of it is also organized through what we call Parent Crew.

Parent Crew provides an organized way for parent volunteers to support the school's mission.  Parents are encouraged to volunteer thirty hours per year.

Parent Crew is structured into smaller sub groups of parent volunteers who are tasked with such things as teacher support, parent education, fieldwork research, implementation & transportation, athletics, fine arts, social events and fundraising, to name a few.  There are also opportunities to volunteer from home.

Though Parent Crew is organized K-12, for practical purposes it is divided into two functional units, one K-8 and the other high school.

So, whether you volunteer in an ad hoc basis, or through opportunities available through the Parent Crew, your efforts will help Venture become an even better school!
